Quick Access to Documents and Accounts

For users who work on multiple quotes concurrently in ChannelOnline, a quote saves automatically when the user moves away from or opens another window, but it is still active. To quickly access documents you have three options:
- Click on the Active document tab to the left of the Accounts tab in the navigation. This will take you directly to the current active document.
- Select from the Open Documents drop-down list below your name in the right side of the header. Clicking the drop-down will show the last twenty open documents of all types. Selecting documents from the open documents tab lets the user toggle from one to another directly instead of going through the account or search process.
- Open the Recent > Documents section of the left Control Panel. This section will display the last five documents, closed or open, that you have looked at.

One can also go the “Active Account” icon in the top navigation to quickly go to the current active account (this may different from the account from the active document).
Like documents, there is also the Recent > Accounts section of the left Control Panel. This section will display the last five accounts viewed.
