Using Regular Expressions (RegExp)
December 20, 2017
A regular expression, or RegExp, is a way of describing a string of text using metacharacters or wild-card symbols. For example, the statement ABCd{6] would require the user to enter a value that contains “ABC” followed by a 6 digit number. You can use these expressions to validate text entered into custom fields.
