03/22/25 – Scheduled backend server updates and maintenance.
02/26/25 – System disruption starting 1:36pm CT, ending 1:59pm CT.
02/26/25 – Customers experiencing latency while accessing various pages, from approximately 9am CT through 2pm CT.
02/22/25 – Scheduled partial outage for backend maintenance, from 7am ET / 4am PT and 1pm ET / 10am PT.
