Once 1WorldSync receives a content build request for your SKU, you can view the production status by searching for the particular PN# in the search box in the upper right corner.

Once the match is found, you can refer to the “Status” section on the right hand side of the SKU.

Below are the possible statuses and definitions:

• Not Available = There is no content needed to complete the build of this SKU and we need the Manufacturer to provide us with this information. Until then the content for this SKU is “not available” to the Channel.

• Released = This SKU has been completed and content has been “released” to the Channel.

• In Production = This SKU is currently in production and is going through 1WorldSync SKU production process.

• Rejected = This SKU has been rejected for reasons such as invalid PN#, out of 1WorldSync’s PDM scope, etc.

NOTE: Products will only show in the Catalog tab once we have received the content build request for them from the Channel Partner or the PartnerAccess Premium Manufacturer.
